AI adoption and training for Singapore SMEs

We help your people make AI part of everyday work.

SPARK is Singapore's AI Community of Practice for SMEs. Lots of teams go for AI training, then go back to work and nothing really changes. We work alongside your people, month after month, until the new way of working sticks.

Beyond adoption

Adoption is the easy part. Putting AI to good use is the work.

At SMEs Go Digital Day 2026, Singapore's Minister for Digital Development and Information made the point plainly: adoption is encouraging, but it isn't the end goal. What matters is whether businesses can put AI to good use, to serve more customers, innovate faster, enter new markets and compete with larger players. That's the gap SPARK exists to close.

Serve more customers

AI for the enquiry desk, bookings and inbox triage, so customers get faster replies without adding headcount.

Innovate faster

We sit with your team, map how the work really flows, and redesign the steps where AI saves the most time.

Enter new markets

AI-assisted marketing, content and translation help a small team reach new customers and languages.

Compete with larger players

Hands-on training and coaching, month after month, build the capability bigger firms buy with headcount.

Why we started SPARK

We kept seeing the same thing. Good people would spend a day or two learning AI in a classroom, come back excited, and then the week took over. No new workflows, no one to ask, and within a month things were back to how they were.

We don't think that's a people problem. Learning a tool is the easy part; changing how a team works takes time, trust and someone in your corner. So we stay with teams month after month, working alongside them until AI is simply part of how the business runs.

What we do

A long-term partner, not a one-off.

1

It starts with a free AI Readiness Assessment

We sit down with you and take a practical look at how your work flows today, your people, and the information your business runs on. You get a clear sense of where AI could genuinely help.

2

Then we keep showing up

We provide hands-on, ongoing support, month by month, working alongside your team so AI becomes part of their real work and keeps going after we've helped set it up.

We're not consultants who hand you a report, and not a training centre that sees you once. We aim to be the people you can count on as your business adopts AI.
